Send us a cancellation request
Email us at accountsupport@codynix.xyz with the subject line "Cancellation Request". Please include the email address linked to your account.

Our support team reviews all cancellation requests and responds within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Confirmation from our team
Once your cancellation is processed, we'll reach out to confirm everything is sorted. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
